Position overview

Shift (5:45pm-6am) on a 2-2-3 schedule. The Advanced Packaging Operator plays a critical role in ensuring packaging lines run safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This position is responsible for operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment, monitoring production flow, and supporting team performance. The ideal worker is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and willing to learn advanced procedures to support reliable operations.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor packaging equipment to meet production and quality goals.

Perform advanced troubleshooting and assist with equipment adjustments.

Complete equipment changeovers and pre-operation inspections.

Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Follow all safety, food safety, and operational procedures.
