Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.Monitor production processes across all departments (Production).Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance.Analyze production data and prepare reports (efficiency, downtime, rejection, etc.).Manage and lead production teams, including shift in-charges and operators.Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
