Position Summary

Brockmann’s Chocolates, a premium chocolate manufacturer located in Delta, BC, is seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor with a strong background in food manufacturing, preferably in chocolate production. This role is responsible for overseeing production efficiency, team management, cost control while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality assurance standards. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in scheduling, quality control, audits, and strong communication skills. A strong mechanical aptitude is also required to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. This role is straight afternoon shift. About 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
