• Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of the stock inventory.
• Isolate any product which comes with quantity variance respect to the quantity indicated on the COC provided by QC.
• Notify the quality assurance department of any such problematic issue and record an appropriate document.
• Update NAV system and Finished Goods inventory records (Excel format) after the packer completed the counting process.
• Ensure all packaging process working according with company established standards procedures in every aspect of the product.
• Assigned and allocated jobs to the respective packers to perform the packaging process as per the established packing procedure
• Prepare purchase requisition for consumable stock replenishment.
