Position Overview

Responsibilities:  
  • Technical development for all sample requests received for Sales team and customers
  • New RM development and supplier development
  • Evaluate alternate materials, possibilities, processes, and equipment
  • Finding new opportunities for the next business pipeline – Concepts.
  • Discuss successful projects with Mkt team as I2M’s (Information to Market) format.
  • Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
  • Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes into and out of the company within Group companies.
  • Document all phases of Sample development for the commercialization of project.
  • Manage customer relationships and perform requests for expected products/reviews, customer visits, and product testing.
  • Be present at industry conferences on the research topics of Interest.
