**Job Title: Industrial Metal Sheet Packer**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on handling large metal sheets in an industrial environment rather than performing typical warehouse packing tasks. You work closely with a team to stack, inspect, and prepare steel materials for shipment while supporting production and shipping operations in a fast-paced automotive supply facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Hand stack large metal sheets as part of a coordinated team.
+ Perform quality inspections on metal sheets to identify defects or errors.
+ Load and unload sheets of metal from the production line safely and efficiently.
+ Band material securely to prepare it for shipment.
+ Prepare pallets for shipping, ensuring they are properly assembled and stable.
+ Bolt down steel on pallets or fixtures before it is shipped out.
+ Prepare and stage pallets that steel will be placed on for transport.
