Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a packhouse / production / operations role
Previous vegetable farming experience
Computer literate
Strong understanding and practical experience with global standards and certifications such as GlobalGAP, FSSC (Food Safety System Certification), and Siza
Ability to work with and motivate a team
Strong verbal and communication skills
Maintenance orientated
Energetic, hardworking, and self-driven individua
Valid driver’s license
