**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **PACU Nursing Manager** , you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence.

Every day, you will lead and mentor Registered Nurses, in our 12-bed PACU and oversee clinical operations. You will be expected to advocate for patient and team needs, and drive professional development and achieve unit goals.

To be successful in this role, you will embody accountability and confidence with superior communication skills for all interactions. You'll skillfully navigate challenges, ensuring individual performance and overall unit success.
