The Role

To push this mission forward, we are hiring a Paid Media Engineer. It’s a role we invented: the intersection of engineering and paid media.

You will use Baker's platform to manage our clients' ad accounts from start to finish. Campaigns, creatives, landing pages, reports: every deliverable comes out of the harness, with you in the loop.

With equal weight, you will understand the harness inside out, researching how it works and proposing improvements to the development team. The friction you encounter while operating the platform becomes the roadmap to improve it.

What We're Looking For

• A technical profile (you've worked as a software developer or product maker) and you’ve also managed high budgets in ad accounts.
