Job Description
The Paid Media Lead (Sponsored Search) owns the client's sponsored search investment across every digital shelf where the brand sells — the full Amazon Sponsored Ads
suite (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display across the US, Canada, and iHerb international), Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Sam’s Club MAP, Instacart, and eBay — plus
the Google Search and Shopping programs that drive our client's website. This is the brand’s always-on Performance engine, capturing high-intent shoppers at the moment of purchase, and a hands-on technical leadership role at the center of how the brand wins the digital shelf.

You will own sponsored search strategy and execution end to end: keyword and campaign architecture, bidding and budget management, share-of-voice strategy on priority terms, retail event support, and the measurement that proves it worked — incrementality, branded vs. non-branded mix, and true new-to-brand acquisition cost, not just platform-reported...
