This position owns the day-to-day execution and optimization of performance campaigns across paid social and digital advertising platforms. You are the person in the trenches building campaigns, testing audiences, rotating creatives, and squeezing every dollar of budget toward one outcome: First-Time Depositors. This is an early-career role designed for someone who has gotten their hands dirty running real campaigns not just observing them and is ready to own a channel with clear accountability.
