At Factorial we're looking for a new Paid Motion Designer to help us support and scale our Paid Performance team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of driving creative performance across paid media channels, you'll be in charge of producing high-volume motion ad variations, translating brand essence into captivating visual assets, and leveraging AI-native tools to iterate fast and stay ahead of the curve.
