In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and applying high-quality paint finishes to manufactured products while maintaining production schedules and ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts.
Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
Operate airless, HVLP, or conventional spray equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
Monitor paint thickness, finish quality, and coverage to ensure products meet company standards.
Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.
