Key Role & Responsibilities

* Supervise industrial painting teams on site.

* Plan, coordinate and oversee daily work activities.

* Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with project programmes.

* Allocate labour, materials and equipment effectively.

* Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with coating specifications.

* Carry out site inspections and quality checks.

* Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings and daily team meetings.

* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) procedures.
