Responsibilities

• Perform painting and decorating tasks for interior and exterior surfaces in hospital areas—including patient rooms, hallways, offices, and common areas—ensuring all work meets the hospital’s aesthetic and safety standards.
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing doors, windows, furniture, or other infrastructure issues.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on hospital fixtures—doors, windows, furniture, plumbing, and other equipment—addressing small issues before they become major problems.
• Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner with minimal disruption to hospital operations.
• Ensure all work complies with hospital safety regulations, including the use of non‑toxic paints and materials, proper signage, and adherence to building codes.
