We are seeking a skilled, reliable Painter to join our property management team. This role is essential to maintaining the appearance, value, and livability of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and understands the importance of creating clean, welcoming spaces for tenants and clients.

Payrate: $22.00/per hour
Schedule: full-time 40 hours, Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm
