**Job Description**

The Production Painter Helper supports the manufacturing of diamond blades and core bits used in construction, stone, and mining industries. This role focuses on preparing and painting parts and molds according to specifications, working in an industrial paint booth environment, and helping ensure products meet quality and production standards on a 2nd shift schedule.

2nd shift: 4pm to 12:30am

**Responsibilities**

+ Paint parts and cover molds as specified by job orders and work instructions.
+ Read and interpret job orders to determine the required paint colors for blades.
+ Mix paint using acetone and water, accurately determining the number of colors needed for each job.
