Position Overview

Painter 
At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Painter for role in Hull. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. 

The Job and duties of Painter operative 
renovating rooms 

bringing properties up to the required level for sign off

Painting and decorating
Requirements for a painter 
You will need a Full UK driving license 

Proven experience in the maintenance sector

Be able to provide at least two working references 

hold a CSCS card
