**Painter**

+ Prepare and paint metal parts in a manufacturing environment
+ Apply coatings, handle materials, and prepare finished parts for shipment

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean and prepare surfaces for painting
+ Mask and protect areas not to be coated
+ Apply paint or coating using spray equipment
+ Monitor parts during drying or curing process
+ Remove masking materials after finishing
+ Inspect painted parts for quality and consistency
+ Package and label finished products for shipment
+ Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs), including overhead work
+ Work in different positions to ensure full coverage
+ Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures
+ Wear required PPE, including respirator when needed
+ Support production goals and team output
