About the role

The role involves leveraging technology and analytics to optimize sales operations, maximize ROI, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Develop and implement advanced analytics and reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP) to provide actionable insights for the leadership team and commercial functions.
- Track and analyze key sales and trade variables, including channel performance, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption of business intelligence tools and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Manage end-to-end stewardship of HCP 1P data.
