Wood's Homes is currently seeking one, temporary full-time Youth & Family Counsellor I or II to join us for a pilot project in collaboration with the Palliser School Division as a Youth Systems Navigator. This is a term position until December of 2024.
The Youth Systems Navigator provides direct and consistent one-to-one navigation with youth 12 to 19 within the Palliser School Division. One-to-one navigation consists of regular face-to-face and virtual meetings focused on the identification and support of immediate Barriers related to all youth related risk factors, including overall mental health, well-being, peer, and family dynamics as examples.
