Your duties will encompass:

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations across the reserve
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee environmental management practices
• Manage and monitor fleet operations
• Maintain accurate HSSE records and reporting
• Conduct safety training and awareness initiatives
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the role, including role search (ROL), sourcing, and advertising (internal handling requirement)
