**Job Description**
The Panel Builder assembles, wires, and tests electrical control panels and junction boxes from schematic drawings and prints, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality operation. This role combines hands-on mechanical and electrical work with blueprint interpretation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a machine shop environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, and assembly prints to plan panel layout and wiring.
+ Physically assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses according to provided prints and specifications.
+ Fabricate controls to print, including layout design and physical mounting of components to the back panel.
