**Shift:** Trainees will work and train on 1st Shift but once the program is completed they could go to any shift.

**Program Description:**

The Industrial Mechanic Technician Trainee program will combine formal and on-the-job training (OJT) to prepare individuals for advancement opportunities as an Industrial Mechanic Technician. The formal training will be completed at Metropolitan Community College (MCC) or equivalent school and curriculum.
