Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling complex business litigation matters. This role is responsible for managing case files, coordinating discovery, preparing legal documents, and assisting with trial preparation. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience in civil litigation, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support attorneys in all phases of business litigation matters from case inception through trial and resolution

+ Draft, revise, and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence

+ Manage discovery, including document collection, review, production, and tracking deadlines
