Paralegal

Employment Type: Full-time. Contract: Indefinite Term. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CST). Salary: COP $3,500,000 per month. Location (On-site): Colombia Medellín.

This role involves drafting legal documents, managing e‑filings, coordinating deadlines, and supporting trial preparation while working independently. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and manage multiple priorities. Experience using AI tools to optimize legal workflows is considered a strong plus.
