Who We Want

Based in our Guadalajara office, the Paralegal provides direct support to the Mexico Legal Consultant and the Legal team. The Paralegal assists with contract review and translation, corporate and commercial matters, drafting of members meetings, powers of attorney, corporate governance and recordkeeping, and the day‑to‑day management of legal documentation related to Arrive’s Mexico operations. This role is a key support function, providing local, day‑to‑day support from Guadalajara to the Mexico Legal Consultant to help ensure the smooth and timely handling of legal and operational matters in Mexico.

What You’ll Do
