Workers' Compensation Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Location: Coral Gables, FL

A well-established law firm in Coral Gables is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant with Florida Workers' Compensation experience to support at a fast-paced, fully paperless practice.

Software Used:

+ TrialWorks

+ ImageRight

Key Responsibilities:

+ Organize and maintain electronic case files in ImageRight.

+ Prepare and file Notices of Appearance.

+ Draft and manage discovery, including Requests to Produce and discovery responses.

+ Communicate with employers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel regarding discovery matters.

+ Prepare, issue, and follow up on subpoenas for records and trial.

+ Calendar and monitor discovery deadlines and follow-up tasks.

+ Review, organize, and produce records for opposing counsel.

+ Process and track invoices.
