To support the Real Estate team with large scale off the plan developments including contract preparation, preparing for and completing project settlements, e-contracts and client reporting.  You will work in collaboration with partners and lawyers but be primarily responsible for assisting with conveyancing processes within our Melbourne Developer Sales Group.

This is a full time, permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with contract reviews, including exchanges and updating conveyancing database (preparing any transaction documents and ordering searches) and completion
• Prepare and/or amend electronic contracts of sale.
• Preparing Deeds of Termination and Variation and other property related Deeds, with supervision.
