Assist counsel with a broad scope of employment law matters including, but not limited to, immigration, recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, wage and hour, leaves of absence, accommodations, discrimination and harassment, performance management and discipline, termination of employment, workplace safety, and government audits.
