Provide legal and administrative support to the litigation team.
Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all litigation matters.
Handle small legal claims that may have been escalated to legal.
Assist with requests from third parties, including requests for information.
Assist with reporting of litigations to internal stakeholders.
Assist the team with onboarding external counsels, drafting letters of engagement, managing costs and budgeting of matters, and reviewing bills.
Support various aspects of litigation cases, including discovery and data production, preparing witness evidence, and liaising with external counsels.
Lead and/or support wider projects for the litigation team to improve team efficiency.
