Description
Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to support multiple attorneys with a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, finance, and general corporate matters. This role will play a key part in managing transactional documentation, maintaining corporate records, assisting with governance matters, and supporting financing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Support attorneys with all phases of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, organization of data rooms, review of corporate documents, and preparation of closing checklists and transaction binders.

+ Assist with finance matters, including preparation and review of loan documents, UCC filings, lien searches, and closing deliverables.
