Robert Half is looking for a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support a busy legal team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position plays a key role in advancing matters from early case assessment through trial preparation and appellate support, with a strong focus on organization, research, and document management. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.


Responsibilities:

+ Support attorneys throughout the full course of litigation, including early fact development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appellate matters.

+ Coordinate the collection, review, and production of case documents while helping prepare materials for depositions, court appearances, hearings, and trial proceedings.
