Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements.

Draft and file court documents, such as petitions for divorce, custody agreements, and restraining orders.

Conduct research on family law statutes, case law, and local court rules.

Summarize findings to assist attorneys in case strategy and preparation.
