This is a full-time, hybrid or remote flexible opportunity where you'll play a vital role in assisting attorneys with all stages of litigation while working alongside seasoned legal professionals.


Responsibilities

• Conducting legal fact finding and basic legal research as needed

• Draft legal documents

• Assisting in managing cases, ensuring all details are handled in a timely manner

• Organizing pleadings and filing them electronically

• Coordinating and scheduling calendars to ensure all important dates and deadlines are accounted for

• Assisting attorneys in trial preparation to ensure all necessary documents and information are in order
