The ideal candidate should have strong drafting experience and be comfortable in leveraging technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in legal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient legal and practice support to lawyers in the banking & finance practice group.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including facility and security documents and corporate approvals.
• Assisting with conditions precedent and conditions subsequent documents.
