Responsibilities

• Client Facing: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring initial and follow-up contact for case updates and inquiries.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client and case data in the Litify dashboard, ensuring proper documentation and case information is maintained.
• Case Management: Manage cases for Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), Motorcycle, and Big Truck accidents, ensuring case progress and deadlines are met.
• Settlement Package Preparation: Prepare and submit settlement packages and medical payment requests.
