Job summary

• To provide high-quality, patient-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the delivery of safe, efficient, and proactive healthcare services. This includes diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, and supporting health promotion and prevention initiatives.
• Working as part of the On the day acute care team managing presentations of acute illness with support of the duty GP.

Role Purpose
The post holder contributes to the delivery of safe, effective urgent care by providing informed clinical assessment, supporting clinical decision making, and managing a defined range of presentations in general practice and community settings.
