Paramedic/Firefighter-Cadet

The Charter Township of Redford and the Redford Township Police and Fire Civil Service Commission are accepting applications for the position of Paramedic/Firefighter-Cadet for the purpose of establishing an eligibility list.

A Paramedic/Firefighter-Cadet candidate shall be compensated at 90% of the entry firefighter established wage scale, until the state of Michigan Firefighter I and II certificates are obtained.

Salary - $53,146/year

Only completed applications including copies of the following will be considered:

• State of Michigan Paramedic Certification or National Registry-Paramedic
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS and ACLS) Certifications
• Certificate for Conference of Western Wayne (CWW) Firefighter's Testing Program CPAT Certification.
