This role is ideal for a senior paraplanner or existing team leader looking to take ownership of a high-performing technical team while remaining involved in complex financial planning work. You will play a key role in managing workflow, developing team capability, maintaining technical excellence, and driving continuous improvement across the paraplanning function.
Working closely with senior leadership, compliance, operations, and advisers, you will help ensure the delivery of exceptional client outcomes and high-quality financial planning support.
