**Overview**

The Parking Garage Porter/Ambassador is responsible for performing routine cleaning, ensuring smooth traffic flow, and customer service functions within assigned parking facilities. This role supports ABM’s commitment to operational excellence by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for clients, tenants, and guests.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain cleanliness of parking garages, including ramps, parking decks, stairwells, elevators, entry/exit lanes, and surrounding areas
+ Perform sweeping, mopping, power washing, and debris removal in accordance with ABM standards
+ Remove trash, litter, and hazardous materials; empty waste receptacles and replace liners
+ Clean up oil spills and stains using proper equipment and cleaning solutions
