Join us in providing meaningful customer service on the streets of Helsinki! The parking enforcement and parking services are recruiting parking inspectors to strengthen their expert team.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with parking and stopping regulations.
• Guide and advise customers on parking matters.
• Issue parking fines and other sanctions based on parking violations, unnecessary idling, and vehicle removal laws.
• Work in pairs, walking and using public transport in the city centre, requiring good physical condition.
• In suburban areas use parking enforcement vehicles and be prepared to drive in Helsinki.

Qualifications

• Secondary education diploma.
• Knowledge of traffic and idling regulations and a B driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent Finnish.
• Good customer service skills.
