About the Role

Regional Crane Rentals Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Part/Shop Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our service shop and parts inventory, which specializes in repairs and maintenance for company‑owned heavy trucks and cranes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, quick learning and an understanding of the heavy truck/crane industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Shop Operations: Oversee daily shop activities and ensure efficient and timely service repairs.
• Work Order Management: Maintain and initiate work orders for repairs and track job progress.
• Parts Input and Output: Maintain and update the parts inventory for the internal repair department. Sign in new parts into the system and sign out parts used.
