Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity.
  • Process vendor invoices, ensure proper coding, and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Maintain accurate supporting documentation for all transactions, entries, and reconciliations.
  • Accurately enter and maintain financial data within accounting systems. (QuickBooks, AppFolio)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or similar role preferred.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required.
  • Experience with AppFolio or similar property management/accounting software preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
