Heritage Lifecare in Christchurch is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a permanent part-time role (24+ hours per week) at Harewood Road, Papanui. You will manage general upkeep, preventative maintenance, repairs, and grounds, working closely with the Care Home Manager to ensure resident safety and a clean, welcoming environment.

The successful candidate will have hands-on maintenance skills (painting, plumbing, carpentry), be able to work independently and in a team, and deliver high-quality
