Responsibilities - Academic Delivery (Core Teaching Role)
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge International AS & A Level syllabus.
- Teach subject-specific content effectively, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
- Develop structured lesson plans, schemes of work, and pacing guides for the first cohort (July 2026 intake).
- Apply differentiated teaching strategies to cater to diverse student learning needs.
- Assessment & Academic Progress Monitoring
- Design and administer formative and summative assessments (tests, assignments, mock exams).
- Prepare students for Cambridge examinations including paper techniques and time management.
