The founder handles all reporting, writing, on-camera work, and final creative sign-off. This role exists to carry finished and near-finished material across the finish line - production, formatting, and publishing - so that consistent posting no longer depends entirely on the founder's bandwidth. This is not a strategy or brand-development role. The brand's editorial voice, design system, and content pillars are already fully documented in an internal Operating Manual (Editorial Bible, Design System, and Editorial Operations Manual).
