Outbound Call Specialist (Part-Time)Overview
We are seeking a reliable and confident Outbound Call Specialist to support our client outreach efforts. In this role, you will reconnect with former and prospective customers, qualify interest, and help drive business opportunities by scheduling follow-ups with our sales team. This is an ideal position for someone comfortable working in a traditional office environment who enjoys structured outreach and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities

+ Make 40–70 outbound calls per day to warm leads from an existing database (3,000–5,000 contacts)

+ Engage with former and prospective customers to assess satisfaction with their current vendor

+ Reintroduce company services and identify potential interest in re-engagement

+ Accurately document call outcomes in internal systems

+ Schedule follow-up reminders for future outreach when appropriate
