A Clinical Outpatient Dietitian at CHC, Inc. is responsible for the nutrition care and management of patients at their respective sites. This includes accurate nutrition assessment, identification of drug-nutrient interactions, and effective Medical Nutrition Therapy for various medical conditions. All dietitians are required to lead groups, provide nutrition education to agency staff, and participate in community outreach as needed. Dietitians at CHC are encouraged to practice at the top of their license.

This role will help in supporting our Stamford (5th Street) and Norwalk sites with the desired schedule below:

+ Monday's 8:30am to 12:30pm (telehealth for Stamford)
+ Tuesday's 8:30am to 5pm (on-site Stamford)
+ Wednesday's 8:30am to 5pm (on-site and telehealth Norwalk)
