Position Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Part‑Time HR & Payroll Executive to support day‑to‑day HR operations and payroll administration on a flexible, 12‑month contract basis.

Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks to maintain smooth HR operations
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation for compliance and reference
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions
  • Assist with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) submissions and statutory compliance to meet regulatory requirements
  • Respond promptly to basic HR and employee queries to provide effective support
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time to ensure timely employee compensation
  • Manage CPF submissions and generate payroll-related reports for statutory compliance
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify payroll inputs for accuracy
